The 24-hour manned reception desk is on hand for those last minute needs and queries. Your in room telephone will direct you to a number of hotel departments dependant on your needs. 24 hour in room service
Should you be traveling alone and wish to eat in your room or simply just want a night in front of the television, then call on our 24 hour room service team. The team is on hand to take your order from the menu in your room, and will deliver it to your door with any beverages you might want also. The menu is limited after 10.00pm, but still offers an extensive choice of food to suit everybody. Room service charges will be directed to your room bill.

Pay per view movies
No relaxing overnight stay would be complete with out the option of watching a movie. Each of our bedrooms has access to pay per view movies and the choice is fantastic - ranging from blockbusters to new releases. Pure entertainment and pure comfort!

Business Services
Designed with our corporate clients in mind, Crowne Plaza Hotel Dundalk offers a vast number of business services just in case you need immediate access to them. The hotel has a private business centre which you can hire for quiet time in the office to catch up with work. It has desk space, internet access, fax and photocopying facilities, black out facilities, modem connection, printer, scanner and stationary. Reception staff are also happy to help with any photocopying and fax requirements for a small fee.

Concierge Team
At Crowne Plaza Dundalk, all our staff know how popular the area is and are particularly knowledgeable on helping you plan a day or night of entertainment. However, the hotel has its own dedicated Concierge Team who are trained to co-ordinate all your entertainment requirements and help you with anything you'd like to know about the surrounding areas. So if you need theatre tickets on Saturday night, a bus to Dublin on Tuesday or a dentist on Friday, the Concierge Team is more than happy to help!
